Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By enrolling your child at Parents' Pride International School, you agree to abide by the following rules and regulations.

Effective from: Academic Session 2025-26

Important Notice

These terms and conditions are binding on all students and parents/guardians. By signing the admission form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the terms stated herein. The school reserves the right to modify these terms with prior notice.

Admission Terms
1. Admission is granted based on merit, availability of seats, and fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
2. All information provided during admission must be accurate. False information may lead to cancellation of admission.
3. Admission once confirmed is valid for the academic session only. Re-admission for subsequent years is subject to satisfactory academic performance and conduct.
4. The school reserves the right to refuse or cancel admission without assigning any reason.
Fee Payment Terms
1. Fees must be paid within the specified due dates. Late payment may attract a penalty as per school policy.
2. Fee once paid is non-refundable except in cases specified by school policy.
3. The school reserves the right to revise fees with prior notice at the beginning of an academic session.
4. Students with pending fees may not be allowed to appear for examinations or receive progress reports.
5. Fee payment can be made through cash, cheque, or online transfer as per available options.
Code of Conduct
1. Students must adhere to the school's code of conduct and maintain discipline at all times.
2. Bullying, harassment, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action.
3. Students must wear the prescribed uniform and maintain proper grooming standards.
4. Mobile phones and electronic gadgets are not permitted on campus unless specifically authorized.
5. Parents/guardians are expected to attend PTMs and other school meetings when called.
Academic Terms
1. Regular attendance is mandatory. A minimum of 75% attendance is required to appear for examinations as per CBSE norms.
2. Students must complete all assignments, projects, and assessments within the given deadlines.
3. Promotion to the next class is based on academic performance and attendance criteria.
4. The school follows CBSE curriculum and assessment patterns. Parents should refer to CBSE guidelines for examination rules.
5. Any form of malpractice during examinations will lead to strict disciplinary action.
Liability & Safety
1. The school takes all reasonable precautions for student safety but is not liable for accidents during normal school activities.
2. Parents must inform the school of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs of the child.
3. Students are responsible for their personal belongings. The school is not liable for loss or damage of personal items.
4. For school trips and external activities, separate consent forms must be signed by parents/guardians.
5. The school may use photographs/videos of students for educational and promotional purposes unless parents opt out in writing.
Withdrawal & TC
1. Parents must provide written notice at least 30 days before withdrawal.
2. All dues must be cleared before the Transfer Certificate (TC) is issued.
3. TC processing takes 7-10 working days after completion of formalities.
4. School property including library books and ID cards must be returned before withdrawal.
5. Mid-session withdrawal may result in forfeiture of certain fees as per school policy.

General Provisions

Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of India and the regulations set by CBSE and the Government of Madhya Pradesh.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Khargone, Madhya Pradesh.
Amendments: The school reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Parents will be notified of significant changes through circulars or official communication.
Severability: If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
